Job Summary
The Supply Chain Associate I role supports day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations, including purchase order processing, inventory record maintenance (NetSuite), and domestic and international shipment execution to ensure uninterrupted operations. The position provides cross-functional exposure across procurement, inventory management, and global logistics while supporting the broader supply chain team. Responsibilities include tracking shipments and escalating delays, maintaining shipment and inventory records, assisting with cycle counts and reconciliation with warehouse teams, monitoring stock levels, creating and processing purchase orders, tracking confirmations and lead times, maintaining supplier documentation, tracking metrics for inventory accuracy and shipment performance, and supporting continuous improvements to supply chain processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment with a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience; ERP experience (NetSuite preferred) and experience in Biotechnology or Biopharma environments are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or CLIA laboratory
- Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving and operational decision-making abilities
- Experience in Biotechnology, or Biopharma environment, preferred
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
