Job Summary
Supply Chain Assistant to manage inbound logistics, place purchase orders to brand owners for stock replenishment across four buffer warehouses in Asia, coordinate with 3PLs/forwarders for on-time receipt of import cargoes, handle shipping documentation, monitor shipment progress, support inventory reconciliation and data reporting, and assist in data-driven planning across Planning, Logistics and Customer Operations. Requires proficiency in ERP systems (JDE/SAP/Oracle), strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and English/Cantonese communication; role emphasizes data management, reporting, and cross-functional coordination within an Asia-focused supply chain environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related disciplines
- 1–2 years experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or administrative support
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g. JDE, SAP, Oracle) is preferred
- Experience in data handling, reporting, or coordination work
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and organization skills
- Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
