Supply Chain Assistant Manager

Job Summary
Assist in managing daily supply chain operations across internal and external teams, including order flow management, backlog monitoring, vendor coordination, and workflow optimization. Collaborate across departments (Operations, QC, Customer Service, Fulfillment) and external partners to ensure seamless execution, monitor performance metrics, and maintain structured reporting. Build and maintain dashboards and tools in Excel; balance workload to sustain productivity and service levels. Provide leadership presence on the floor, lead team meetings, support onboarding and training, and coach teammates to promote accountability and continuous improvement. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, Fulfillment, or related operational environments
- 1-2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume workflows with measurable performance impact
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with structured problem-solving approaches
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization
