Job Summary
Run and deliver parts to designated areas to support production schedules while tracking part movement throughout the facility. Perform accurate data entry into the ERP/MRP system for order entry, part status, inventory, and transactions. Assist planners and buyers with expediting parts, materials, and resolving shortages. Support inventory cycle counts, reconcile records, and prepare supply chain reports and spreadsheets. Monitor part shortages or delays and communicate them to supervisors. Process purchase orders from customer portals and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow. Provide general support to supply chain functions including shipping, receiving, and production planning.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, supply chain, or related field
- 1–2 years' experience in a manufacturing or supply chain role
- Experience with data entry, inventory, or ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of supply chain, inventory, or production processes
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
