Supply Chain Asset Protection & Safety Manager

Partner with Supply Chain leadership to create visibility and ownership around safety, environmental, and asset protection initiatives. Plan and conduct periodic audits, inspections, and walkthroughs of assigned facilities to validate compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations. Manage third-party security guard services and asset protection equipment including CCTV and alarm monitoring. Lead safety, shrink mitigation, training, investigations, and environmental health for assigned locations while serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries. Analyze incident trends and worker's compensation metrics to drive sustainable solutions and participate in peer work teams to reduce risk across the supply chain. Build training content for emergency management and crisis response, instruct trainers, and ensure hazardous materials are properly cleaned and disposed of.
