Job Summary
Lead supply prioritization, allocation management, and expedite governance during constrained supply situations while evaluating customer priorities, revenue impact, and operational capacity to support fact-based decision making. Assess end-to-end supply chain implications before recommending pull-ins, expedites, decommits, schedule changes, or allocation adjustments. Provide management with clear recommendations on customer commitments, recovery options, and risk mitigation plans while maintaining interface with BU for effective business communication updates. Conduct weekly supply and open order reviews to highlight constraints and drive continuous improvement processes through system optimization. Analyze inventory, manage slow-moving stock, and adjust order quantities to maximize overall business performance. Assist with internal projects and cost-saving initiatives while attending daily business meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management /Supply Chain/Engineering or Operation Planning
- Min 3 years of experience as a supervisor, manager, or similar relevant position
- Minimum 5 years' related working experience in Supply Chain Planning
- Experience in manufacturing environment
