Job Summary
Lead and manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain processes. Evaluate, implement, and maintain inventory management systems and best practices. Develop standardized inventory procedures across locations. Monitor inventory levels, product movement, and warehouse performance. Analyze inventory trends to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Oversee counts, audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Manage warehouse organization, receiving, storage, and distribution. Collaborate with store operations, purchasing, and leadership to ensure inventory availability. Develop reporting and KPIs to measure inventory and warehouse performance. Identify process improvements that boost productivity, accuracy, and cost savings. Train and support managers and team members on inventory and warehouse procedures. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain, inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics.
- Experience implementing or managing inventory management systems preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in retail, convenience store, grocery, distribution, or multi-location operations is preferred.
