Job Summary
Track and update all delivery information in the system, assisting overseas offices with shipment data and reviewing USA bookings to establish container assignment priorities. Communicate delivery delays to the sales team, ensure system updates reflect changes, and relay all invoices to the import department while tracking shortages and overages. Support the sourcing and sales teams with order tracking and execute special projects as assigned. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in International Trade, Business, or Fashion Merchandising, along with excellent Excel skills and consistent in-office presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in International Trade or Business, Fashion Merchandising or related field
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Consistent in-office presence
