Job Summary
Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) Go-to-Market Senior Manager / Associate Director at Accenture. Shape SDV solution architectures, estimates, and delivery models; lead delivery across multiple workstreams; translate client business and engineering objectives into end-to-end SDV solutions spanning vehicle software platforms, embedded systems, E/E architectures, cloud, data, and AI. Coordinate multi-disciplinary delivery teams to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes; advise client stakeholders across engineering, software, IT, and digital leadership; contribute to repeatable SDV offerings and assets; support workshops, POVs, demos, and POCs; align solutions with Accenture standards and scalability requirements; provide delivery oversight on quality, risks, and commercial guardrails. Travel may be required (0–75%). Requires 12+ years in related fields, 8+ years in solution shaping/delivery leadership, deep SDV/digital engineering knowledge, and 5+ years working with OEMs/Tier 1 or mobility ecosystem players. Bachelor’s degree required; engineering/CS/technical degree preferred. Compensation varies by location and experience. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 12+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, or industry roles across automotive, mobility, or complex product environments
- 8+ years of experience in solution shaping and delivery leadership
- 8+ years experience strong domain knowledge in Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) and digital engineering
- 5+ years of experience working with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or mobility ecosystem players
