Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day development of supply chain analytics dashboards and assets, translating user needs into functional requirements and maintaining a prioritized backlog multiple sprints ahead. Lead data engineers, front-end developers, and architects to drive end-to-end product delivery while defining critical metrics and validating technical and business testing. Collaborate with stakeholders and the Scrum Master to review priorities, resolve impediments, and ensure product quality before release. Utilize Agile Scrum principles and tools like Azure DevOps and Jira to guide the team toward common goals.
Required Qualifications
- Training and Experience in Agile Product Owner role responsibilities (at least 1 year preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
- Working knowledge of various Agile project management online tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lead technical team of developers and data analysts
- Strong written and verbal communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to indirectly influence others, collaborate across teams and move towards a common vision or goal
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and manage multiple priorities
- Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
