Job Summary
Develop and deploy supply chain processes while managing vendor inventory, order generation, and inventory plans. Maintain data integrity for inventory status and order management, then assist Planning and Supply Chain teams in meeting designated metrics. Provide analytical support for supply chain projects and coordinate performance data to monitor and improve reporting accuracy. Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Management to troubleshoot client supply chain issues and escalate problems to relevant owners. Manage ongoing business needs and ensure resolutions are delivered. Work primarily in an office environment with a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of supply chain experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in EDI, Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution and Inventory Management
- Must have a dedicated office at home or elsewhere with access to secure high-speed internet and phone, and sufficient space for two monitors
- At a minimum, must be adept at Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must be comfortable with the learning curve and constant change that comes with operating in the fast moving, ever changing world of eCommerce
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day)
- Typically requires the ability to hear the telephone
- Typically requires the ability to enter data on a computer
- Typically requires the ability to lift up to 10 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Business degree is preferred

- Analytical and curious; comfortable with uncertainty and shades of gray
- Tech savvy and extremely comfortable using cloud-based systems
- A self-starter who loves data, analysis and spotting trends
- Demonstrated experience as an effective team player with strong communications skills
- Ability to escalate problems, information and data to the relevant owners and teams and follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered
- Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
