Job Summary
Supply Chain Analyst (Transportation & Logistics) based in Boxmeer or Eindhoven, Netherlands. Develop tools and processes to strengthen end-to-end logistics; design, build, and maintain dashboards in PowerBI; analyze logistics performance and turn data into actionable insights; support KPI improvement and best-practice documentation; contribute to logistics tender activities including data validation, cost modeling, and transit time analysis across all transport modes; collaborate with stakeholders across Logistics, Warehousing and Trade Compliance to transform data into actionable insights and enable smarter decision making across our network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Economics or a related field
- Proven experience in business analysis focusing on supply chain from requirements gathering and process mapping to gap analysis
- Solid data analytics and reporting skills using Excel, SQL and BI tools
- Demonstrated process improvement mindset with measurable results
- Good communication and presentation skills - the ability to translate numbers into clear business stories
- Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Detail-oriented, yet able to connect the dots and see the bigger picture in a dynamic environment
- High-level understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
