Job Summary
Supply Chain Analyst in a term position supporting Strategic Sourcing and trade compliance. Responsibilities include collaborating with suppliers to monitor information requests, collecting and verifying USMCA certificates, maintaining detailed material composition and origin data for purchased items, assisting with data cleansing and organization in tracking systems, staying informed on tariffs and trade regulations, and conducting analyses as directed by Sourcing Leadership. Requires post-secondary business education (completed or in progress), ERP and BOM experience, strong Excel and data-management skills, and effective collaboration within a fast-paced team.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business, management, or a related field (completed or in progress)
- Experience with customs or compliance functions is an asset
- Experience working with manufacturing bills of materials (BOM) strongly preferred
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications
- Experience with ERP systems and data management
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast- paced, team-oriented environment
