Job Summary
Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses, monitor inventory levels, and investigate transfer discrepancies using the ERP system. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory, stock transfers, and supplier performance while maintaining accurate data records. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to track delivery schedules and resolve stock-related issues. Collaborate with Warehouse, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to support demand planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional groups to ensure products are available where and when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Control, Purchasing, or a similar analytical role (including placement or graduate experience)
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related discipline
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, IF statements, charts)
- Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using an ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar)
- Knowledge of inventory management or warehouse operations
- Experience producing reports or working with business data
- Understanding of supply chain or logistics processes
