Job Summary
Develop and maintain reverse logistics processes to manage returned and damaged products while building reporting to identify trends and drive profitability. Analyze packaging configurations to implement design initiatives that minimize item damage, reduce parcel accessorial charges, and optimize operational efficiency. Collaborate with fulfillment center teams, suppliers, and carriers to resolve operational issues and enforce vendor compliance standards. Identify cost-saving opportunities across returns and packaging operations through ongoing data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead cross-functional projects related to network changes and system improvements while tracking metrics to measure process effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in supply chain
- Experience in packaging optimization
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Cognos or similar BI/reporting tools
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and productivity
