Job Summary
Senior Supply Chain Analyst responsible for long-term supply chain strategies and networks addressing capacity and location decisions, supporting new programs and initiatives (including promotions, forecast coordination, product launches, and network redesigns). Monitors S&OP and cost-to-serve performance, coordinates cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain initiatives, develops long-term forecast projections to drive production and inventory planning, analyzes data to improve delivery of products and services, and collaborates with suppliers and distributors to streamline processes and improve accuracy and efficiency across global operations.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree in Business Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of proven, progressive supply chain and analytics experience
- Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices, S&OP, Master Scheduling, Inventory/Warehouse optimization, Demand Planning
- Strong analytical skills, Data-driven decision-making, Excellent Communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels
- Software skills: ERP knowledge (SAP), Power BI, Excel expert
- Knowledge of lean tools and mindset to drive for continuous improvement
