Job Summary
Develop and maintain SIOP dashboards, reports, and forecasting datasets using Power BI to support accurate supply plans and decision-making. Analyze performance versus plan, identify trends and risks, and consolidate sales forecasts while tracking accuracy and bias. Maintain inventory projections, capacity models, and line loading models to perform scenario analysis and what-if modeling. Provide planners with accurate demand, inventory, and capacity inputs, facilitate linkage between mid/long-range forecasts and short-term production planning, and support work order creation. Ensure data integrity across ERP systems and planning tools while maintaining planning master data. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of supply planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or operations planning in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading planning teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Constant sitting with frequent walking/standing during shift
- Occasional bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching overhead throughout shift
- Occasional lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds
- Occasional repetitive use of hands
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems (JDE, SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel or planning tools
- Power BI tools
