Job Summary
Develop verifiable planning models and coordinate capacity, demand, and delivery schedules across multiple production sites and countries. Analyze complex data from production, logistics, and supply chains to identify deviations, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities. Create monthly supply plans by balancing forecasts, inventory, and available production capacity while supporting S&OE planning meetings. Collaborate with international logistics and production teams to ensure stable product availability and high service levels. Optimize planning processes, governance parameters, and tools like SAP IBP, and manage master data within ERP systems. Prepare data-driven decision support for cross-functional teams and management.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Hochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Produktionsmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Netzwerkplanung, Produktionsplanung oder Supply Chain Planung
- Erfahrung in international vernetzten Produktionsumgebungen
- Erfahrung in der Analyse von Produktionsdaten, Kapazitäten, Forecasts, Beständen und Lieferterminen
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP
- Verständnis für Planungs, Dispositions und Produktionsprozesse
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft (ca. 10-20%)
