Job Summary
Develop reliable production planning models and analyze complex data sets to identify capacity bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities across international sites. Manage end-to-end planning for selected value streams by balancing forecasts, inventory levels, and delivery schedules to ensure efficient facility utilization. Support S&OE planning meetings through KPI analysis, validate production plans, and continuously improve planning processes and tools such as SAP IBP. Collaborate with global logistics and production teams to align demand with available resources, maintain master data integrity, and provide decision support for cross-functional management. Requires 5+ years of experience in network or production planning, strong SAP proficiency, and willingness to travel 10–20%.
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Production Management, or a related field
- More than 5 years of professional experience in network planning, production planning, or supply chain planning
- Experience in internationally connected production environments
- Solid experience in analyzing production data, capacities, forecasts, inventory levels and delivery dates
- Confident handling of SAP
- Strong understanding of planning, scheduling, and production processes
- Fluent in English
- Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10 to 20%)
