Job Summary
Supply Chain Analyst to support business objectives by managing material planning, purchase order management, logistics, and supplier relationships. Analyze, plan, schedule, and order materials to optimize inventory levels and working capital; manage procure-to-pay processes; evaluate logistics options; cultivate supplier relationships to meet annual operating plans; collaborate with management to ensure uninterrupted material supply to factories, dealers, and customers. Key activities include inventory optimization based on forecasts, inter-plant stock coordination, safety stock management, change notices, and monitoring supplier performance. Proficiency in SAP MRP and Excel is highly valued, along with strong data-analysis capabilities and effective communication. Travel is <10%.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent experience in supply chain management in lieu of degree accepted
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
- 0-10 years experience
- MRP supply planning experience in SAP highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability with data analysis
- High degree of fluency in Microsoft Excel
- Detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
