Job Summary
Supply Chain Analyst responsible for supporting development and implementation of strategies to optimize inventory, maximize production output, and minimize costs through data analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking. role includes leading Material Review Board processes, contributing to Sales & Operations Planning, managing freight data and third-party charges, supporting SOPs and deviations, assisting with supply agreements, generating senior-leadership-ready reports, ensuring compliance with inventory and quality regulations, and automating reporting with Power BI. Strong data analytics, ERP/MRP experience, and ability to communicate complex supply chain scenarios effectively are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in the supply chain field
- 3+ years of proven experience in supply chain analysis or related role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Strong experience with data analytics and reporting, including advanced skills in Power BI
- Proficient written, verbal, and oral English communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Microsoft, and Excel
- Experience with multiple ERP/MRP systems and concepts
- Demonstrates effective written and oral communications skills
- Understanding of 503B regulatory requirements, cGMP standards, and USP guidelines is a plus
