Job Summary
NPI Material Program Manager will manage the readiness and delivery of materials for Meta’s NPI builds, including procurement coordination, process optimization, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to ensure on-time delivery to ODM partners. Responsibilities include tracking shortages, collaborating with the NPI core team and ISCE to define and execute supply chain strategies, managing the PO process for rack hardware, L10, loose demand, and NRE from quote to delivery, monitoring CAPEX/OPEX, material, and NRE spend with ODMs, coordinating shipments across finance/logistics/procurement/commodity management, driving ODM PO issuance within lead times, maintaining ODM engagement for demand/supply updates, identifying process inefficiencies and implementing lean improvements, and building cross-functional relationships with external vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain management, preferably in the technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills — able to dive into complex datasets, extract insights, and drive strategic business decisions.
- Ability to work flexible hours to support global operations.
