Job Summary
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, build dashboards in MS Excel, and validate metrics for operational efficiency. Create presentations and reports to communicate findings to leadership, while utilizing Zoho Suite for workflow optimization and data tracking. Maintain documentation including process flowcharts and project timelines, and support meeting organization and progress tracking. This remote internship develops analytical skills for strategic decision-making within the organization's operations.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables, v-lookups, charts, and data analysis functions) and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Zoho Suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics) is highly preferred
- Basic knowledge of data visualization and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Tableau) is a plus
