Job Summary
Monitor inventory, analyze customer demand and supplier performance, and reconcile external partner stock. Support purchasing and planning to ensure material availability while reviewing MRP recommendations to improve inventory levels. Maintain master data, conduct cycle counts, and develop reports tracking service levels and key metrics. Assist with warehouse optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and Quality Management System projects. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Sr. Supply Chain Manager with a 45-hour week, requiring occasional lifting up to 25 pounds in a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Planning, Buyer, or Data Analytics
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (rarely up to 50 pounds)
- Must be able to perform routine physical activities in a manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- APICS certification
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office skills
- Strong analytical, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
