Job Summary
Supply Chain Analyst II at Tosca leverages data from across the organization to generate actionable insights that inform decision-making and operational improvements. Responsibilities include creating and analyzing reports, dashboards, and KPIs; analyzing costs and operational performance to identify root causes and actionable recommendations; designing and implementing analytical tools to support supply chain and logistics; maintaining data integrity through data mining and modeling; identifying gaps in data practices and developing solutions to improve data quality and accessibility; developing cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models; supporting annual budgeting by analyzing micro- and macroeconomic trends; identifying cost-saving opportunities related to network optimization and freight; performing ad hoc queries and maintaining cross-source reports; and supporting additional supply chain projects as needed. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, proficiency in Power BI/SQL/Python/Access, strong MS Office skills, Six Sigma exposure, and strong analytical and communication abilities. The position is hybrid with a base in Atlanta, GA, with onsite presence Tue-Thu and remote Mon and Fri, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related analytical role
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, logistics, or a related field
- Advanced experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Access
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Visio
- Experience with Six Sigma or other continuous-improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, forecasts, cost models, and business recommendations
- Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate and present effectively to employees at all levels of the organization
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work through ambiguity and change
- Ability to manage multiple projects and support several business functions simultaneously
