Job Summary
Supply Chain Analyst I负责确保关键供应链数据可靠、可用且便于基于事实做出决策;支持采购、库存、供应商绩效、ERP/MRP数据维护,协助实施供应链最佳实践并协助领导层构建端到端的世界级供应链。主要职责包括编制周度发运/待定订单报告、确保产品在ACIST及第三方仓库的可用性、维护主数据(如SAP物料与供应商主数据、定价与有效性)、进行数据对接(SAP与SAP BW)、定期审查关键库存数据并提出改进建议、与供应商沟通以提供准确的预测数据、支持持续的库存报告、处理采购申请单与采购订单、参与件号创建与扩展流程、评估产能并确保需求与供应匹配、生成月度/季度供应链绩效报告、为SIOP提供预测与采购计划输入、进行临时分析、在缺席时提供同事的背书支持、遵守质量、法务与监管要求并符合ISO14001等环境管理体系要求。该岗位要求本科相关专业或同等经验,熟练使用SAP/ERP系统和Excel,具备与内部/外部客户和供应商的沟通能力,且愿意接受国内外出差。该职位可提供混合办公安排。
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
- In lieu of degree, 5+ yrs experience in end-to-end Supply Chain Management
- Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred
- Experience with SAP BW; data governance and master data management
- Strong MS Excel, analytical skills and problem solving
- Experience with Contract Manufacturing and outsourced production
- Experience in SIO&P process (Demand Plan, Supply Plan, Inventory Plan)
- Ability to develop and distribute performance reports; support ad-hoc analyses
- Willingness to travel up to 10%
- APICS certification a plus
