Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary
Serve as the operational backbone for honeygrow's supply chain by resolving vendor issues, late deliveries, and quality shortages while maintaining an accurate vendor contact database. Audit invoicing against contracted pricing, track overall spend, and escalate discrepancies to the Director of Supply Chain. Own the supplier documentation register, monitoring expiration dates and collecting certificates of insurance, FDA registrations, and allergen statements. Maintain the item database, recipe database, and food labeling system in Restaurant 365 and MenuCalc to ensure accurate food cost analysis and menu labeling. Manage vendor relationships for the SmartSense temperature monitoring and PreciTaste digital prep tools, coordinating new location setups and sensor replacements. Work onsite four days a week at the Philadelphia Restaurant Support Center, occasionally traveling to restaurant locations for new openings and system maintenance.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, purchasing, procurement, or restaurant/food service operations analytics (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills, including the ability to reconcile invoices against contracts and build clear roll-up reporting
- High attention to detail and accuracy when managing databases and documentation
- Strong written communication skills for vendor coordination and restaurant-facing support
- Comfort learning and administering multiple software systems
- Ability to work onsite 4 days/week at our Philadelphia Restaurant Support Center
- Occasional travel to restaurant locations as needed approximately 5%
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Restaurant 365 or similar restaurant inventory/ERP platforms
- Familiarity with food safety and supplier compliance documentation (GFSI, FDA facility registration, letters of guarantee, FSMA)
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems
- Experience supporting multi-unit restaurant or retail operations
- Working knowledge of nutrition/allergen data management or menu labeling requirements
