Job Summary
Supply Chain Analyst at Flex located at the Taipei Wugu Site in Taiwan. Responsible for monitoring shortage items, liaising with stakeholders to close escalation paths, and establishing reviews to expedite supplier responses. Drives meetings with suppliers to solve shortages constraints (Remote/F2F), analyzes Clear-to-Build fluctuations to pinpoint root causes of shortages, collaborates with Sourcing to review supplier capabilities and tech roadmap, and assists in auditing data, preparing summaries, reports, and visuals. Focuses on mitigating shortages, excess on order/hand, and ensuring supply continuity through collaboration between Sourcing and Site Procurement teams; supports inventory checks of critical materials and maintains performance metrics. Proficiency with office software, data entry, spreadsheets, presentations, and databases is expected, with a background in electronics manufacturing and OEM product development preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, materials sourcing, commodity management or supply chain design/management or other related area
- Understanding of cost accounting, electronic component markets, price trends and technologies
- Background in electronics manufacturing and OEM product development process
