Job Summary
Supply Chain Analyst based in Nanshan, Shenzhen, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager as part of the Global Supply Chain team. Responsibilities include reviewing shortage items with Site Procurement to validate data, driving supplier meetings to resolve shortages constraints (Remote/F2F), collaborating with Sourcing to assess supplier capabilities and technology roadmap, analyzing Clear-to-Build fluctuations to identify root causes, prioritizing critical items for strategic review, fostering cross-team collaboration to streamline processes, and auditing data accuracy while preparing summaries and reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and typically 5+ years in finance, sourcing, or supply chain roles; familiarity with cost accounting, electronic component markets, price trends, electronics manufacturing, and OEM product development. Proficiency with office software (data entry, spreadsheets, presentations, databases) is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, materials sourcing, commodity management or supply chain design/management or related area
- Understanding of cost accounting, electronic component markets, price trends and technologies
- Background in electronics manufacturing and OEM product development process
