Job Summary
Analyst role focusing on analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve performance. Core duties include collecting and analyzing data, developing mathematical models and simulations, forecasting demand, measuring and improving KPIs, and collaborating with procurement, operations, and finance to implement efficiency enhancements. The position involves reporting findings, designing optimization initiatives (e.g., lead-time reduction, supplier performance improvements), and supporting ERP and other SCM tools to drive data-driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering)
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Smartsheets
- Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain software
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to develop and monitor KPIs and create models and simulations
