Supply Chain Analyst, APAC VC (1-Year Contract)

Job Summary
Develop, analyze, and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and business inputs while monitoring forecast accuracy, bias, and volatility. Support monthly S&OP and demand review processes with APAC country teams and regional stakeholders by analyzing historical sales trends, market intelligence, and promotional activities. Collaborate with Global Supply Chain teams to align demand and supply plans, address regional supply issues, and prepare analyses for executive S&OP meetings. Act as a key regional user for SAP IBP planning processes and drive continuous improvement in forecasting methodologies and reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, or related fields
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and data management skills
- Experience in demand and supply planning processes
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting methodologies and demand planning models
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to effectively present analyses and recommendations to regional leadership teams
- Business-level English communication skills
- No reason for disqualification on overseas business trip
- Men are required or exempted from military service
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP IBP or other advanced planning systems
- Experience supporting regional or APAC planning activities
- Experience working in cross-functional Supply Chain, Commercial, or Operations environments
