Job Summary
Analyze supply chain performance metrics, recommend process improvements, and track order status while supporting procurement and vendor communications. Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and maintain ERP system data accuracy by coordinating with Sales and Orders teams. Manage escalations related to customer order delays, own international documentation including customs compliance, and track inbound shipments. Generate weekly and monthly reports on stock levels and component usage, participate in RMA tracking, and partner with Product and Engineering teams for BOM change implementations. Assist with technical documentation updates, inventory audits, and KPI measurement to identify opportunities to reduce lead times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain analysis or operational support
