Job Summary
Logistics Administrator responsible for auditing freight invoices, warehouse bills, and shipping documents for accuracy against contracts and pricing agreements; monitors CHEP pallet program; supports various logistics functions; provides back-up support to the Distribution Administrator and Logistics Team during absences; seeks cost-saving opportunities in freight expenses and ensures contract compliance using transportation planning tools and Microsoft Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Management, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3 years related experience administering and coordinating logistics and transportation programs; experience in rail transportation and/or food manufacturing industry preferred
