Job Summary
Supply Chain Administrative Support Team Member provides essential administrative support for facility services, onboarding and payroll/benefits enrollment, ad hoc reporting, and cycle counts. Responsibilities include collaborating with the FFC Operations Support Supervisor, researching discrepancies in inbound/outbound processes, supporting guard shack and general admin tasks, performing cycle counts and hazmat processing, assisting with reverse logistics, and coordinating with leadership to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with distribution-center operations and warehouse management systems (e.g., Lowe’s WMS) are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in operations support role
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills
- Basic computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
