Job Summary
Administrative support for supply chain functions including PO administration, inbound material coordination, and documentation/compliance tasks. Responsibilities include entering and maintaining purchase orders in the ERP, verifying pricing, processing revisions and schedule updates, monitoring open POs and vendor commitments, coordinating inbound shipments, obtaining COAs and BOLs, resolving documentation discrepancies with QA/FSQR, and facilitating cross-functional communication among suppliers, plant personnel, and internal stakeholders. Requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, clear written and verbal communication, and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel/Outlook.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative, customer service, logistics, or procurement support role preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred
