Oversee order execution and logistics performance, managing dedicated fleets and routes while ensuring delivery schedules and compliance. Serve as the primary contact for customers, resolving urgent requests and incidents in real-time to maintain service levels. Track metrics for on-time deliveries and transport quality, proactively addressing variances and identifying cost optimization opportunities. Verify and prepare documentation for transportation, timber purchasing, and pallet assembly, including purchase orders and import/export records. Create and record goods receipts in the system, ensuring shipment documentation accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics activities with broader business goals.
