Job Summary
Conduct risk, issues, and opportunities management to resolve in-service technical and commercial supply chain issues for assigned operators. Initiate and execute supplier improvement activities while integrating results into contracting strategies. Engage with airline customers and internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, airplane reliability, and stakeholder trust. Manage complex technical issues and develop presentation materials for program meetings and executive reviews. This role serves as the primary supply chain focal point for the 777 Fleet Program Managers team, enabling continuous improvement across Boeing's commercial airline supply chain.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement related role (e.g. finance, compliance, contracts)
- 2+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
- Must be willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally, up to 10%
Desired Qualifications
- Level 3: 5+ years of experience in supply chain or procurement related role (e.g. finance, compliance, contracts)
- Experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements
- Experience working across multiple programs and locations
- Experience managing projects or complex technical issues
- Bachelor's degree or higher
