Job Summary
Monitor overall supply health across steady-state markets, identifying obscured problems that negatively impact the marketplace and triaging root causes to propose systemic solutions. Analyze and triage the end-to-end worker funnel to pinpoint bottlenecks and gaps, ensuring a steady pipeline of engaged workers is onboarded in correct locations. Design and drive initiatives such as referral programs and re-engagement campaigns to improve worker supply, leveraging data tools like SQL and internal dashboards to uncover insights and guide decisions. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Operations to drive measurable improvements in funnel conversion and retention. This role is based in New York City (HQ) with typically 4+ days in office.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience
- potential, motivation and ambition to grow and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- highly competent at using data and analytics to arrive at solutions to complex problems
- comfortable using tools like SQL to understand, parse, and organize large amounts of complex data
- plan, organize and execute in a highly structured way
