Job Summary
Manage product replenishment processes using SAP to monitor availability and on-time delivery performance. Monitor inventory levels, prepare demand forecasts, and analyze key performance indicators to identify risks related to excess or insufficient stock. Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and coordinate product materials for launches and lifecycle changes. Participate in supply chain process development projects and support system implementations, including SAP upgrades. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices while resolving issues impacting supply continuity. This role supports initiatives aimed at improving working capital efficiency within Sandoz's global biosimilar and generic medicines portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or Supply Chain
- Strong knowledge of SAP (supply chain modules)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with data
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
