Supply and Demand Manager

Job Summary
Lead and inspire a team of planners to deliver exceptional product availability while minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels. Drive collaborative planning with commercial, food technical, and product development teams to support new launches, seasonal shifts, and promotional activity. Translate data into action to influence ranging, facings, and distribution decisions that improve trade and reduce waste across stores. Own long-range forecasting and supplier performance using RELEX and Excel to anticipate demand and ensure full delivery. Build strong supplier relationships and respond quickly to change to keep products on shelf for customers. Work on-site in the Support Office in Paddington, London, three days a week.
