Supply Acquisition Coordinator (Mexico)

Job Summary
Source interviewer acquisition activities, including sourcing, outreach, and onboarding, to support supply growth goals. Use AI-powered tools to support screening and improve candidate quality within the funnel. Coordinate with Interview Delivery, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations to improve recruitment efficiency and interviewer conversion rates. Track and report on key supply acquisition metrics, including funnel conversion, time-to-onboard, candidate quality, and retention trends. Maintain accurate pipeline data and documentation within applicant tracking and workflow management systems. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements that increase recruiting efficiency and candidate experience. This role is based in Mexico City for candidates authorized to work in Mexico only.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketplace operations, supply acquisition, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with applicant tracking and workflow management tools
- Advanced English proficiency (CEFR B2 or higher), with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and build strong stakeholder relationships
- This position is only available to candidates residing in Mexico City
- This position is open to candidates authorized to work in Mexico only
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with applicant tracking and workflow management tools (Greenhouse preferred)
- Experience working with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
