Job Summary
Supplier Success Professional will provide front-line support to suppliers via phone, email, chat, and other service channels; verify and process regulatory documents including insurance, safety manuals, and OSHA/MSHA records; ensure a seamless onboarding and service experience;log interactions in Salesforce; support customer billing and subscription inquiries; collaborate with internal departments to resolve supplier needs; participate in outbound campaigns and annual verifications; maintain high interaction quality and productivity metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian and English is required
- Additional fluency in Spanish preferred
- Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred
- Proficiency with PC applications and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- High attention to detail and adaptability
- Ability to learn and apply new systems and processes
- Familiarity with compliance documentation and supplier onboarding is a plus
- Hybrid work arrangement in Maidenhead, England with potential remote consideration for non-commutable distances
