Job Summary
The Supplier Success Professional provides front-line support to suppliers via phone, email, and chat, verifies compliance documents, and ensures a smooth onboarding and ongoing service experience. The role involves resolving inquiries, processing regulatory materials (insurance, safety manuals, OSHA/MSHA records), logging interactions in Salesforce, supporting billing and subscriptions, collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery, participating in outbound campaigns and annual verifications, and maintaining high interaction quality and productivity. A hybrid schedule is possible for commute-distance candidates (Tues-Thur in office; Mon/Fri remote). Training lasts 8 weeks with full attendance.
