Supplier Services Coordinator

Job Summary
Supplier Services Coordinator responsible for managing relationships with data suppliers, onboarding new suppliers, ensuring high-quality data collection and data integrity across panels, and providing client-facing support to pharmaceutical clients. You will monitor data quality, manage supplier compensation and incentives, participate in client meetings, deliver ad-hoc analyses, and maintain accurate supplier records and training on IQVIA tools and reporting solutions. This role emphasizes data handling, supplier management, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve issues in a healthcare data context.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry (e.g., wholesalers, pharmacy chains, or similar environments)
- University degree or equivalent
- Good Excel knowledge at intermediate level
- Fluency in English and local language
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Experience with IQVIA products is a plus
