Job Summary
Contact new supplier leads within 2-8 working days to enroll them onto Tungsten services at the request of end clients. Provide professional advice on service registration, determine correct decision makers, and handle objections while representing both Tungsten Network and outstanding buyers. Upsell additional services and ensure suppliers go live on the network post-registration. Update the CRM with detailed account notes and gather contact details following each interaction. Utilize AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and streamline routine tasks while adhering to company governance standards. Manage a sales portfolio of 100-300 suppliers in line with strict quality guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in telesales and B2B sales
- Balance Customer and Business Focus - Able to have a balanced view managing the customers' expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction, while considering the business needs.
- Negotiating & Influencing - Able to get points across in a positive & constructive way, without upsetting people, bringing them around to a required way of thinking.
- Objection Handling - Ability to overcome objections from customers, using varying techniques depending on the situation.
- Planning Priority - Ability to put plans in place to ensure goals are met, with evidence of being able to prioritize activities where necessary
- Skills in prompting AI systems and assessing output quality
- Ability to leverage AI to ideate, develop and scale to the needs of the department
