Job Summary
Supplier's Onboarding Management role at ALTEN MAROC focusing on digital transformation of supplier processes before, during, and after transition to new PPS processes. Core duties include collecting supplier data (PPS contacts, triple COFOR, EDI status), kick-off activities, B2B registration, assisting eSupplierConnect, updating client IT environment, ITMS/PLE training and B2B/ORION portal usage, monitoring supplier progress, and escalating blockers. Requires 2+ years in an international industrial setting, strong knowledge of automotive sector and supply chain processes, supplier relationship management, change management capabilities, and English for international communications. Tools: EDI standards, ERP, B2B Stellantis, eSupplierConnect, ORION, ITMS, PLE, CORAIL, COFOR, packaging, PN.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an international industrial environment
- Knowledge of automotive sector and supply chain processes
- Experience in supplier relationship management
- Change management skills
- English required for international supplier communications
- Experience with EDI standards / ERP / B2B Stellantis / eSupplierConnect / ORION / ITMS / PLE / CORAIL / COFOR / Packaging / PN
