Job Summary
Supplier Relationship Analyst responsible for due diligence on supplier records to ensure compliance with federal regulations and university policies, including handling W9/W8 forms, 1099/1042S reporting, and foreign supplier attributes; configure Oracle Cloud for banks and bank branches; perform data analysis and reporting; maintain and audit the supplier database; serve as liaison between campus stakeholders and suppliers; resolve escalations and assist with accounts payable/receivable inquiries; leverage Excel, Cognos, Tableau, and ERP tools to improve procedures and ensure timely supplier payments and accurate vendor data.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum requirements include a college or university degree in related field.
- Minimum < 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
- Bachelor's degree preferred (preferred qualifications mention accounting or business administration).
