Supplier Relations Specialist

Job Summary
Lead day-to-day interactions between Wesco and external suppliers by gathering information, tracking performance metrics, and resolving delivery or order discrepancies. Schedule and prepare materials for supplier meetings, coordinate with sales teams, and maintain accurate supplier records, scorecards, and dashboards. Review data on fill rates, on-time delivery, quality issues, and cost changes to communicate findings and drive strategies. Advise partners on demand planning by collecting forecasts and lead time updates, while assisting with contract renewals and pricing updates. Collaborate on supplier-funded marketing initiatives and evaluate proposals for cost analysis. Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of supply chain experience; 0-25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree - Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, operations, or administrative support
- Ability to travel 0% - 25%
