Job Summary
Supplier Readiness Professional (B2B Customer Support) role requiring fluent German and English with strong preference for Polish. Responsibilities include delivering expert support across Avetta platforms (Connect, Salesforce), resolving complex supplier inquiries (billing, compliance, audit, onboarding), collaborating across internal teams, maintaining knowledge of platform changes and compliance requirements, onboarding/training new RTW reps, participating in process improvements and pilot programs, coordinating with third parties for supplier data, and tracking KPIs (CSAT, service levels, quality). Training period 8 weeks with 100% attendance; post-training hours align with UK/GMT schedules. Hybrid option available for Maidenhead, England; remote consideration for non-commutable distance within England. Strong emphasis on mentoring peers, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive compliance campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in German and English is required
- Additional fluency in Polish strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in supplier support, customer service, or compliance operations (SaaS or risk management environment preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in customer support and document review workflows
- Completion of skill-based routing certifications and microlearning modules (e.g., Case Management, Country Specific Audits, Supplier Engagement)
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience mentoring or training peers is a plus
- Reliable and predictive attendance
