Supplier Quality Warranty Analyst

Analyze warranty data trends to identify top contributors to 3MIS and prioritize GIMS cases for Time to Fix (TTF) focus. Support execution and tracking of the TTF initiative, ensuring timely issue resolution while developing dashboards to monitor warranty performance and supplier accountability. Collaborate with SQEs, engineering, and suppliers to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions, performing deep-dive data analysis to support escalation of critical issues and leadership reporting. Ensure data accuracy across systems and provide regular updates on progress against TTF targets and key risk areas. This hybrid role plays a critical part in reducing 3MIS/kPPM by translating complex warranty data into actionable insights that enable supplier escalation and cross-functional alignment.
